Deciding What Worked & What Didn’t!

One of the biggest benefits of creating your own toolkit is that you can minimise wasted ad spend and wasted time – saving yourself from carrying out the same tests over and over again.

This toolkit will act as a journal of all the experiments you have conducted over time and will help you eventually come out with a list of aspects like:

  • What messaging works best to drive engagement with your audience: e.g. long for vs. shorter messaging, emoji vs. no emojis, title case vs. sentence case text, emotive vs. scientific text, reviews vs. brand storytelling.
  • Which type of ad creative generates engagements and sales: e.g. carousels vs. videos, vs. statics, vs. differing video lengths, vs. dynamic ads etc.
  • Which type of targeting delivers results: e.g. micro audience 1, vs. 2, vs. 3, etc.
  • Which landing page drives more results: e.g. sending users to a dedicated landing page, vs. an informative blog, vs. the contact page
  • Which bidding strategy helps you achieve your goals: e.g maximise conversions, target ROAS, maximise clicks, target CPM etc.
  • What creative style works best for engagement: e.g user generated content, branded content, typography videos/images, animated style.

And the list goes on and on and on….
