Reveal is a US pet food brand made with truly limited, grain free ingredients. A sister company of the UK Encore brand, Reveal is stocked in a number of retailers nationally, including Stop & Shop, serving welfare-conscious pet owners interested in feeding their pets the very best in nutrition.

Background

Similar to Encore, Reveal wanted to up their game in the Paid advertising arena. Reveal could see the value that targeting the right users with the right message across the right channels could have in terms of overall brand reach, awareness and ultimately purchases. As loyal as a beloved pet, this is where we stepped in.

After conducting an in-depth analysis into each target audience group and how best to target them online, it quickly became clear that the audience was native to social, but that users would also explore cat food brands through traditional Search. Therefore, it was important that the Paid strategy encompassed both elements to help increase awareness of the brand online and therefore in-store.

Background

We began by conducting an in-depth analysis, drawing from data-driven insights to help inform the audience targeting that was to be leveraged as part of our Paid advertising strategy. Creating a detailed range of audience subgroups enabled us to assess how best to target each audience group.

Informed by our research, we curated very tailored ad content in order to appeal to users based on their needs and interests, delivering a very personalised approach.

We developed and revised ad creatives to improve engagement amongst users. This enabled us to increase Reveal’s brand reach and awareness amongst their target audiences.

With robust remarketing across paid channels, we delivered tailored ad messaging to guide users through each stage of the marketing funnel.

By continually refining and developing the most relevant and engaged audiences, we further optimised click through rates, whilst reducing CPCs.
