What is the partnership all about?
Here at House Digital, we are incredibly excited to announce that we will be partnering with CATTs (Cancer Awareness for Teens & Twenties)!
Across 2022, our plan is to come up with an array of weird and wonderful challenges for our enthusiastic team to get stuck into, in an effort to raise as much money as possible for the charity. CATTs’ overall mission is to ensure more young people know the early signs and symptoms of cancer, and feel empowered enough to reach out when something doesn’t feel right. House Digital are committed to this wonderful cause and will be spreading the word about all our fundraising events far and wide, to generate enough donations to make a real difference. With all of our support, CATTs can continue delivering vital awareness resources, and nurture a new generation of health-empowered young people.
Seren, Head of Engagement at CATTs said about the partnership:
“We are delighted to start this partnership with House Digital for the year of 2022 and look forward to the collaborative alliance and work we can do together!”
What is the goal and when is the first event?
With an overall fundraising goal of £5,000 for the year, we know we will have our work cut out, but with all sorts of event ideas bubbling away at House Digital HQ, and a final ‘big-boss’ challenge of the Three Yorkshire Peaks, we are super confident that we can do CATTs proud and smash straight through our target!
Our first event, taking place on Tuesday 22nd February will truly test the mettle of our House Digital fundraisers in the form of a day long Bikeathon! Towels and cycling shorts at the ready, we have fourteen eager bikers raring to go and ready to peddle like crazy for seven continuous hours, racking up as many miles as physically possible on our in-agency exercise bike.
Where can we follow the event and donate?
We will be documenting the efforts of our feisty fundraisers on all of our House Digital social channels (Instagram, Facebook & Twitter) and will be posting regular updates on our Just Giving page – that way, you can follow our progress on the day and show your much needed support!
If you think we can go the distance, please visit our JustGiving page – any amount you can afford to give, big or small, will go towards building a future where every young person with cancer will have a greater chance of early diagnosis and intervention.
